Mohamed-Hamza Ibrahim is currently a postdoctoral researcher at Polytechnique Montreal. He is working under the supervision of prof. Andrea Lodi – the Canada Excellence Research Chair in Data Science for Real-Time Decision-Making. Mohamed holds his Ph.D. in Computer engineering (2015) from the Department of Computer and Software Engineering, Polytechnique Montreal, University of Montreal. His research interests involve Machine learning, Constraint programming and Bioinformatics. In particular, using [probabilistic, relational, graphical] models and machine learning to understand complex domains that involve big data and have large amounts of uncertainty.
